How long does the contract last?

The contracts are for 12 months, they start on September 1 and end on August 31.

Which facilities?

• All rooms have a private bathroom (toilet, shower), a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, breakfast corner, ...) and loft bed, duplex level or separate bedroom.
  
• The building is equipped with good insulation (EPC56) Window contact avoids energy loss with open windows.
  
• Each room has individual meters and central heating control. Access is via NFC badge or your own code. Camera access control.
  
• Much attention was paid to acoustics and fire protection such as rubber in doorways, acoustic trapdoors, automatic closing of all doors, ... C
• ontrol of energy, light, videophone via your smartphone. Adjustable temperature in absence / absence, etc ...

Is there internet?

• Internet is available via Telenet. Each room has its own wire to ensure the fastest connection.

What will a Smartkot cost?

• Prices are between € 515 per month for a unit and go up to € 750 per month for one room apartment where you can easily live with 2 people in comfort.
  
• Advance payment for water, gas and electricity, internet with correct final invoice based on actual consumption based on the individual counters. Tax of city hall apply of 94,5€/year

Can anyone get a room here?

 Yes, but you must be a student and have a valid enrollment.

To what extent can I furnish my room myself?

Of course you can decorate your room according to your own wishes, this with a few restrictions: you may not paint or make holes in the walls. In every room, however, there is a magnetic wall where you can hang posters, photos, timetables, ... with magnets.

Can you smoke in student rooms?

It is not allowed to smoke in student rooms! If you are addicted, you can smoke outside.
